Gracie Jiu Jitsu Classes in South Woodham Ferrers

As part of Team Pedro Sauer UK, I am excited to be able to offer Gracie Jiu Jitsu classes in South Woodham Ferrers.

Sessions are held on Monday and Thursday, both from 8:00pm-9:30pm, at South Woodham Ferrsr Leisure Centre, Trinity Square, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, CM3 5JU.

Our focus at the club is on self defence; the way that Grandmaster Helio Gracie intended. As such, the classes are great for males and females, with any existing level of fitness; from absolute beginners to people with decades of martial arts experience.
