Still riding high on the enthusiasm of the last session in March, I was once again able to train Wing Chun with Sifu Jim Brault, at Laurence Sandum’s Martial Arts Academy in Witham.

With Sifu Jim being a Full Instructor under Sifu Francis Fong, you are always guaranteed an invaluable training session; and this seminar was no exception!

Bringing his friendly and insightful teaching style, the session started out with a review of some FFIA syllabus drills, before moving on to re-cover the weapons forms that we touched on back in March.

The seminar left me wanting to train some more Wing Chun; fortunately I don’t have long to wait, as Sifu Fong is in the UK for his annual camp this weekend!
