Jun Fan JKD / Kali Seminar – October 2010

Saturday 23rd October saw Guro Ralph Jones return to The Fitness Academy to give another excellent seminar, covering aspects of Jun Fan Gung Fu, JKD Concepts and Kali.

The seminar was attended by both people fresh to these arts and those that had studied them for many years; due to Ralph’s wealth of knowledge, gathered over the last five decades, I think that everyone took away something new.
