After an enjoyable break over Christmas, my first seminar of 2014 was with newly promoted Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, Jon Hegan.

Held at Laurence Sandum‘s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Chelmsford, Jon took the time to go through how to maintain, and submit from, one of my favourite pinning postions, cross body.
