My good friend Halldór Sveinsson returned for his yearly visit, over the final weekend in November.

Whilst he was here, Halldór took our regular Team Pedro Sauer UK Saturday morning class in Chelmsford, focussing on 2-on-1. The same afternoon, he gave an outstanding seminar on the cross body position.

Fresh off the back of testing for his Gracie Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt in front of Master Pedro Sauer and Professor Allan Manganello at PSBJJA HQ, it was great to get an insight into the finer details that he had picked up in preparation.

As has become the tradition, there was plenty of good food with great people to accompany the plentiful amounts of quality martial arts!
