Guro Ralph Jones Jun Fan Gung Fu JKD Seminar – July 2013
On Saturday 13th July 2013 I was lucky enough to attend the latest Guro Ralph Jones Jun Fan Gung Fu JKD seminar held at Laurence Sandum’s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Chelmsford, Essex.
Guro Ralph is one of the highest ranked instructors under Guro Dan Inosanto in Europe, having trained under him since the 1970’s.
For this particular visit, Guro Ralph focused on a combination of sensitivity drills and trapping hands. Those attending the seminar spent time, under Guro Ralph’s watchful eye, working through drills to develop their hand speed, efficiency and movement.
As ever, many thanks to Laurence Sandum for continually arranging such high level martial art seminars in Chelmsford; reinforcing the academy’s position as the premier Martial Arts Academy in Essex.
Finally I would like to congratulate Andy Hunt and Alex Williams. The seminar was just part of a full day’s assessment for their UK MASDA 1st Degree Black Belt in Jun Fan Gung Fu, in which they were both successful.
