David Onuma BJJ Seminar – June 2012

Saturday 16^th June 2012 saw the early morning return of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Guro David Onuma to Laurence Sandum‘s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Chelmsford Essex.

This visit focused solely on BJJ and Guro David took the opportunity to work on aspects of half guard, including sweeps and submissions.

The benefit of the 7am start meant that we had got in a good couple of hours training before the day had fully started.

Thanks to Guro David for travelling from London to Chelmsford to give the session; feedback from seminar attendees was that they really enjoyed it and learnt a lot.

Thanks to Guro Laurence Sandum for making this, and all the numerous other sessions happen.
