Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar – January 2012

The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu group at Laurence Sandum‘s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Chelmsford Essex, was lucky enough to have Guro David Onuma return to give another outstanding BJJ seminar on January 14^th.

After starting out with some warm-up drills, BJJ Black Belt and European Champion, David spent the seminar working on one aspect of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the side body position; drilling a variety of useful options.

I came away from the session having learned a lot and I will try to work as many as I can in my next rolling session this week.

Thanks to Guro David for travelling down to the academy to give this excellent seminar and breaking the techniques down into well explained functional chunks.
