Travelling to the UK on business, Halldór Sveinsson was able to tag a few extra days on, to come and visit me and the guys and girls at Team Pedro Sauer UK.

A regular visitor from Gracie Iceland, Halldór’s visits are always full of great Jiu Jitsu, laughs, and plenty of good food.

With a seminar scheduled with Johann Eyvinddson the following weekend, we opted to not run a full seminar on his visit. Instead we extended our regular Saturday session, and let Halldór teach what he wanted.

Opting to focus on back attacks, Halldór gave a number of subtle enhancements to some of the more regular moves that we teach, as well as adding in a few new (and a little bit sneaky) options.

The session was well received; feedback from everyone was great. Thanks for coming to see us again Halldór!
