Hosted by Sifu Laurence Sandum, at his brand new location in Witham, July finished off in fine form with another Wing Chun seminar with Sifu Jim Brault.

Sifu Jim, himself a Full Instructor under Sifu Francis Fong, always brings his A-game when you train with him; he has a wealth of wisdom of just the correction to suggest, or example to explain his point.

This session focussed on the first and second Wing Chun forms, Siu Lim Tao. Sifu Jim gave great applications along the way, as well as number of attribute building drills.

I came away from the session with plenty to work on in my regular training sessions, before I see Sifu Jim again in October.
