Returning for another of his regular seminars at Laurence Sandum’s academy, Simon worked us through some top quality drills; focussing mainly on knees and elbows, before moving on to some boxing combos.

Helping Simon was his regular assistant, Nick Opyrchal, who also has a wealth of knowledge, and as ever was willing to help to get the moves ‘just so’.
