Sifu Fong Wing Chun Seminar – December 2015
Seeing 2015 out in fine style, I was lucky enough to train again with Sifu Fong when he visited Paul Finn’s 108 Wing Chun, in Sidcup, Kent.
Blown away in the opening minutes, my mind was then slowly roasted over the eight hours, spread over the two days.
Some of the material was brand new, whilst some was a refresh on what I regularly train; on which I picked up some great little ‘tune ups’.
Sifu’s effervescent enthusiasm, as with every other time I have had the pleasure to train under him, has massively motivated my own training and development; for which I am hugely grateful!
