The final weekend in September saw Sifu Fong return to the UK for a weekend of Wing Chun sessions at Laurence Sandum’s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy, for the fourth successive year.

As ever Sifu, assisted by Sihing Kevin Lee, brought amazing energy to the room; his enthusiasm, an amazing motivator to continue developing as a martial artist.

After the final session, a number of students tested for grade in Sifu Fong’s Wing Chun syllabus, for which I was honoured to assist with. Everyone put in an amazing effort, and successfully passed their respective grades.

Thank you to Sifu Fong, and Sihing Kevin for travelling to the UK; I can not wait to train with them both again soon!
