The first weekend of July gave me the opportunity, once again, to train Thaiboxing with Simon Wells at Laurence Sandum‘s Martial Arts academy in Witham.

I always look forward to training with Simon. His teaching style is highly entertaining, whilst at the same time providing some rock solid drills and techniques.

Along with his assistant, Nick Opyrchal, Simon delivered a great seminar; giving me a load of finer points on things I have seen before, as well as brand new combinations and training methods.
