Talk about returning from a seminar hiatus in style; training with Royce Grace Black Belt, Ronnie Wuest was awesome!

After missing the previous seminar with Ronnie last year, I was excited to finally train with him after hearing so much good stuff about him from my Good friend Martyn Rackham.

Hosted by Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Jon Hegan, at his academy in Upminster, Ronnie went through a choke series from the knee on belly position; each progression building seamlessly on the previous one.

As commented on by those who train with me regularly, the techniques were ‘right up my street’; perfect for me to add to my own repertoire.
