David Onuma BJJ and Maphilindo Silat Seminar – March 2012
On Saturday 24th March 2012, I was lucky enough to attend two outstanding seminars at Laurence Sandum‘s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Chelmsford Essex, given by Guro David Onuma
The first seminar was Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and in it Guro David focused on a number of variations on from the guard.
In the second seminar, Guro David taught a combination of floor work and stand-up material from the Maphilindo Silat curriculum.
As ever, I would like to thank Guro David for coming to Chelmsford to deliver these thought-provoking seminars; I feel that all that attended came away with a fresh perspective on their training.
As with all the top-level Martial Arts seminars that he hosts in Chelmsford, I would like to thank Guro Laurence Sandum for making these sessions happen.
